Supporting victims of war in Ukraine
A family from Ukraine was taken to United States to get a vitally important medical treatment. Co-founder of WWSF, Paata Patiashvili accompanied them all the way to the states to ensure this happen.
Co-founder of WWSF Paata Patiashvili’s guided The Stepanenko family to the United States for prosthetic care. With this support Yana and her mother Natalia got the necessary treatment and the their progress is quite significant as they go through the rehabilitation with the help of American friends Peter Harsch Prsotehtics and The Right to Walk Foundation. Today Yana and Natalia feel fine and the first steps have already been made. The positive vibes and the kind smile on their faces do give us the faith, that things will be very well. Supporting each other is what makes us better.
